Housing an eclectic collection of over 10,000 items, the old mortuary building showcases a stunning insight into the past interpreting lifestyle and cultural themes of the Lockyer Valley and surrounding areas. There is an extensive display of musical instruments as well as a Glass Slide collection.
The building itself has had various uses in its time including a time as the Laidley Mortuary.
